As co-founder of Sauced Night Market, I seek out and secure food and retail vendors for the monthly event. Sauced is a space where chefs can cook whatever they want, without the confines of a restaurant, set menus or know-it-all-customers. It is an incubator for new restaurants, interesting concepts and, most importantly, delicious food.
